New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer applies only once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and are for gaming use only.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• zee77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts found misusing or abusing bonuses may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

zee77's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated weekly and a member's tier may change based on their gaming activity. zee77 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on zee77 follow fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are stated in the game interface.

6.1 Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers.
• If a technical issue occurs during a gaming session, zee77 reserves the right to void or declare that round invalid.
• Bet amounts are finalised before a game begins and cannot be changed once a bet has been placed.

07 Prohibited Activities

08 Limitation of Liability

zee77 will not be held liable for the following:

• Losses arising from the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account password.
• Financial losses caused by a member's own error.
• Expected earnings from gaming not being realised.

zee77 always strives to maintain a high quality of service for the benefit of its members, but temporary service interruptions may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. zee77 is not obliged to provide compensation for such situations.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by zee77

zee77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• In accordance with directions from a regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure Request by a Member
